- • Major deviation from the project scope without client approval.
- • Duplicate or erroneous billing, with verified proof.

- • Delays caused by client-side feedback or content delivery.
- • Completed services or delivered digital assets.
- • Minor errors or dissatisfaction if the project meets the approved scope.

Since most of our services are customized to your business needs, they are non-refundable once completed and approved by the client.
